Work Place: Based at Sweden Kista Office, with trips to China needed up to 50%. Responsibilities: Providing Telecom Industry leading practices on cost management and control, which covers: 1. Policies, organizations, division of responsibilities, and methods for cost management and control 2. Performance management and metrics for value chain cost 3. Cost reporting and analysis 4. Collection and allocation of value chain cost 5. Cost drivers of hardware cost, logistics cost, software cost, service cost, etc. and cost model Qualifications Required: 1. Years of experience in the finance departments (HQ or geography) of leading telecom companies, CFO preferred. 2. Experience in the cost management and control of leading telecom companies. 3. Familiar with leading telecom companies' businesses and processes. 4. Good capabilities in communication, comprehension, and teamwork.
