Administrator (6 months contract), Sweden – Nordic Marketing Company (NMC)

We are looking for you to come and join our Nordic External Event Team in the temporary role as External Event Coordinator. You will join a team of 8 colleagues located in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. The team is part of the Innovation and Business excellence team and is responsible for support to local activities as well as teams and roles on a Nordic level.
This position will be placed in Södertälje, Sweden.
In the role as External Event Coordinator, you become a part of the Nordic External Event team were all have a joint responsibility for the support and team deliveries.
You will provide adaptable support to various functions in the company, enabling agile ways of working and secure execution of activities and projects, for example complex virtual and physical meetings and off-site events. The team mainly provides support on arrangements of details around Nordic and Local Sales and Marketing activities, e.g. additional tasks includes support to appointed function/Specialist area Communication, collaboration, and to act as back-up for team members as appropriate.
As part of this role you are expected to participate in establishing an understanding of customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet needs, and in monitoring those services and activities to ensure requirements are fully met. It is in your responsibility to assure that tasks are of accurate quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards.

• Prioritizes workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets
• Able to adapt to changing situations and to seek for improvements
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
