Job description
Are you ready to join an exciting journey, working for the fantastic electric performance brand Polestar and join in the beginning of something great? This is a unique opportunity to work with high-tech, innovative electric cars with focus on design and the latest technology. You might already know the brand, even though the cars are not rolling on the streets yet. Soon they will, and then we need dedicated people who will represent the brand and contribute to Polestar reaching out to the broad target group in Sweden. 
 
This is a great opportunity to represent a brand that is at the forefront when it comes to design, technology, performance and environment during your studies. We are looking for 10 flexible hourly employees who, together with Polestar, will staff events in Sweden, mostly Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö.

Responsibilities
As a Polestar specialist, your job is to act as a specialist on the cars during the various events at which the cars will be exhibited. You will work with both Polestar 1 and Polestar 2 and of course you will receive a lot of education before the job starts to be the specialist you are expected to be. The event can be anything from large car fairs to smaller events. Your job is to answer customers' questions about everything about the cars, market and contribute to Polestar reaching out to the broad target group in Sweden. 
 

Working hours
We are now building a staffing pool with 10 flexible workers to ensure the right staffing for each event. The number of hours per month is very variable so it can be combined with full-time studies or another hourly employment.
 
The events could be during weekdays or weekends and flexibility is required. This is why it is a perfect job to combine with your studies and the job will last for at least a year. You will be an hourly employee at Randstad and work as a consultant for Polestar. Training days will be hold at Polestar's office in Gothenburg. Travel within Sweden occurs and Polestar is responsible for these costs. Briefing days will be held prior to each event and these will also take place at Polestar's office, so it is very advantageous if you live in Gothenburg and its surroundings to be able to attend them.
 
Salary
For this assignment, we offer a market salary per hour. In addition, you will receive OB supplement under collective agreement (bemanningsavtalet för tjänstemän) an experience you have benefited from throughout your life. An opportunity to represent a brand that is at the forefront when it comes to design, technology, performance and environment. When traveling, you will of course receive allowance

Qualifications
To succeed in the role and to be up to date for the service, you need the following,
 
•Other main employment of at least 50%, preferably university studies
• Fluent English and speech and writing, group site language is English so for this role, you don’t need to speak Swedish
•Big interest in cars is a must and preferably for electric cars
•Good accessibility
•Service minded
•driver’s license
•minimum age 18.
Flexible mindset 
 
Otherwise, it is highly merit if you have good knowledge of other car brands and have an interest in the industry. It is also an advantage if you have previous sales or customer service experience. You should be social and have an easy time talking to people because most of the workday is about talking to potential customers. You also need to have a flexible mindset and have no problem with stepping in at small notice.
