Are you a driven Facility Engineer that in your job want to contribute to societal difference? We are now looking for you who wants to be part of our team, and build one of Europe's first battery factories in Skellefteå that enables a greener future.
We are approaching the start of production at the end of the year, and as an Facility Engineer you will have an essential role in the organization when you are an important part of the planning, implementing and maintaining of the infrastructure as well as equipment of the buildings and facilities.
As an Facility engineer, the days are filled with varying tasks and problem solving, as you work close to the production and operational processes. We are looking for you who has great project management skills, as you will perform analyses of the processes and recommend and implement improvements. This is the opportunity for you who likes to see things from a helicopter view, as well as being an essential part of the daily work in the production. You will work broadly with analyzing the resource allocation, our energy use and also our safety processes within the facility area.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collecting, analyzing and presenting data regarding the facility’s resource requirements (ex. responsible for collecting data regarding the need of spareparts, maintenance, environmental, health, safety, energy, controls/instrumentation and HVAC)
Designing and optimizing the facility’s layout and operational systems
Evaluate, develop, implement and continuously improve the utility plans, systems and operation
Coordinate, plan, document and develop the infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules, activities and routines

Skills & Requirements
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
2+ years of experience as a facility engineer or in a similar role
Fluency in English, written and oral – Good communicational skills
Elementary computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Specific characteristics (preferable but not required)
Previous experience from working with Dynamics 365, AutoCAD, SAP and MS Office
Previous project management skills and experience in coordinating and planning operational infrastructures
Knowledge in building codes and previous work with relevant regulations related to health and safety standards
Fluency in other languages, including Swedish
