FAIR - FRONT ARENA Internal Resource

The role FAIR is a new business initiative within our Customer Services organization where we strive to get a better, more effective interaction with our customers by allocating individuals on our key accounts. A FAIR works full time with only one specific customer, and will over time become the company expert of this customer. Our commitment with contracted customers is ambitious and long term, with customer satisfaction as a clearly defined goal with the service offer. Examples of typical FAIR tasks would be; . Technical and/or Functional system verification . System test participation . Participation in internal projects . Knowledge management/trainings . Information distribution of new functionality, improvements etc. . New release surveillance for the customer . Tips, tricks and solution contribution to end users . Testing/verification in conjunction with new releases . ADS (ARENA Data Server) database maintenance . Participation as FA rep in weekly meetings at the bank . Performance and Stability surveillance Qualifications You hold a university degree, and 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry or a financial software/development environment. You are fluent in English (German a plus), have great communication skills, is stress tolerant and can stay focused under pressure. Since you will be standing with one leg in the customer organization and the other at SunGard FRONT ARENA, you will be an important ambassador for our product offer. Important as well is that you like to work in a pro-active manner, where identification of opportunities and risks on-the-rise for both the customer and SunGard FRONT ARENA is an important part of the FAIR role. Ideally, we're looking for individuals with an interest in both financial markets and software for trading and risk management in general and good knowledge FRONT ARENA in particular. Should you lack experience in FRONT ARENA, a rigid background with other trading/risk management systems on end user level could be an option. The bulk of our European customer base is Swiss/German banks, whereas we will focus on hiring individuals living in, or being prepared to move to Zurich, Frankfurt or London, where our company have regional offices.
