This charity promotes and assesses parenting skills to ensure that children are safe and protected.
The safety and well-being of the children is their primary focus.Families are referred for an independent, comprehensive assessment.

They provide early intervention and support to parents to help them recognise the needs of their children through example and by using education, demonstration, positive encouragement and observation.Their aim is for each parent to achieve for their children the five outcomes set out in 'Every Child Matters'.

Job Description
- To ensure a child's safety and protection from all forms of abuse and exploitation
- To value, respect and respond to all forms of communication
- To respect and value the diversity of experience which comes from peoples race, culture, faith and personal experience
- To work creatively, professionally and collaboratively to act in the interests of children
- work as an integral member of the staff team
- provide support and supervision of parents
- on-going observation and accurate record-keeping
- to contribute fully to the assessment process
- self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative
- initiate ideas and engage and work effectively and positively with families and children to achieve positive outcomes.

You will be working with families and children, observing and recording family interactions and working with individuals/parents with mental health difficulties, perpetrators of domestic violence, drug/alcohol addictions and learning difficulties/disabilities.
