Our Exciting Opportunity
Are you an experienced Technical Leader with excellent coordination skills and who is interested in leading our tech savvy development teams, enabling them to continuously deliver value to our business stakeholders?
We are now looking to strengthen our team with another Feature Lead who will lead our teams that develop and integrate Ericsson Private 5G Applications.

Dedicated Network is part of Business Area Technologies and New Businesses which ventures well beyond the traditional boundaries of Ericsson’s core business. Demonstrating growth within global connectivity management, connected vehicles, industrial site connectivity, data, and network insights and security automation, we build customer and enterprise value. We are bold, making calculated bets on the future and being part of us means you will be a pioneer – shaping the future for us, and Ericsson.
Our team has a key role in putting connectivity in a box, creating dedicated networks for our customers, enabling connectivity in mines, airports, ports and more. We have a huge focus on UX, putting that on the fore front of everything that we do.

You will
Contribute to the success of the Ericsson Private 5G product offering by planning, coordinating and executing Feature development with and across our Development teams
Drive the adoption of a CI in our teams, by encouraging Features to be delivered incrementally
Handle dependencies, lead and coordinate feature development in both our own organization as well as with other Ericsson product development organizations
Co-drive new Feature system studies together with System Management, supported by the team Product Owners and Technical Leads


To be successful in the role you should have
Have experience in Product ownership, Technical Coordination, Technical Project Management or equivalent
Highly developed ability to understand both business and technology
Be able to break down high level business requirements into value-adding features


Additional qualifications
Have a solid understanding of Lean and Agile development practices (e.g. Scrum)
Have a strong background in Software Development
