Feature Leader Exterior Noise

Within the Noise & Vibration Laboratory in Gothenburg (GTT, FVV, DP), we develop and verify the features of our complete trucks. The responsibilities in the group are Exterior Noise, Interior Noise and Vibrations and Quality Impression.

We are now looking for a Feature Leader Exterior Noise. You will work with and develop the Exterior Noise feature of our new vehicles and the end gate is often a legal homologation for a specific market witnessed by a representative from a governmental authority.

Mission
In order to meet customer satisfaction, the feature leader is responsible to:
- Define, verify, tune and validate the feature level according to the project requirements as defined by project contracts.
- Secure, maintain and develop the feature knowledge over time.
- Safeguard the feature level in e.g. product maintenance activities.
- The interfaces are product planning, the homologation and engineering departments, the brands and the customers.
- The key role is to manage the feature requirements and the verification and validation actions according to the GDP.
- The Feature Leader has the authority to give red, yellow or green indications before each gate opening, depending on whether the feature requirements are fulfilled or not.

Evaluation criteria:
- Automotive and homologation experiences
- Noise and Vibration experiences
- Customer focus and communication skills
- Experience from product development
- University degree in engineering
- English skills, both in writing and orally
- Truck driving license
- Earlier experience as feature leader or working in automotive industry with target breakdown is a great advantage
