Field Application Engineer

We are now looking for you that want to act as Fagerhults Beltysning ABs product specialist in lighting control systems, including hardware and use of software.

You will be the company's technical expert regarding connectivity in discussion with external parties and suppliers.

In the role you will:

- Assist in concepts work as well as new product development projects within the area of responsibility.
- Prepare training materials and manage training internally and externally.
- Be responsible and participate in the production of technical market material, preferably applicable digital media, applicable control systems. For instance wiring diagrams and technical information used for marketing purposes.
- Ensure that the company's connectivity solutions and control systems under development maintains the required utility level with regard to function.
- Be responsible for the design and production of technical data sheets as well as installation instructions and manuals in connection with the development and/or introduction of new control systems.
- Assists customer projects regarding control systems, to support advanced design and planning and, on site, assist customers (sales companies) in commissioning system installations. Thus be available primarily within its assigned region.

You will act second line support against customer interfaces where first line is in sales companies and handles communication with third line support with group companies as well as external partners.

The roll requires national and international travelling, depending on project support.
We think you have University degree in electronics or equivalent knowledge. We think you have a 4-8 years working experience from rolls as electrician engineer, technical support or similar.

You need to have an understanding of buildings, drawings, installations and if you also have experience working with lighting and light control systems and or automation is that really good.

For the role we seeks a good communicator that manage to be clear, concrete but still with pedagogical ability.

Confident in his/her knowledge and driven by fact-based information and can stand up for his/her opinion .

You will have contacts outside Sweden so you need to be fluent in English.
