Field Sales Manager for Northern Europe - AMT

Field Sales Manager for Northern Europe - AMT

Arbetsbeskrivning

Right now, we’re looking for a business-oriented, flexible and networking Field Sales Manager for Applied Manufacturing Technologies (AMT). Within AMT, we’re aiming at building a suite of digital solutions across the manufacturing value chain, and we combine the enthusiasm of a fresh start-up with the resources, tools and investment support of a well-established industry player. In a very short span of time, we’ve seen both great potential and need in the industry for our products, and we’re now ready for the next step on our journey.

Are you up for an exciting mission where you get to work closely with our customer, as you together explore how their operations can benefit from our high-tech digital solutions? With your commercial mindset, you take part in building our brand on the Northern European market, and you get to connect with many brilliant minds along the way – an innovative and inspiring environment to work in to say the least!

What about the job
In this position, you create a strong customer base and increase the sales of our products on the Northern European market. You do this by personal encounters with customers, identifying business opportunities and providing optimal solutions using value-adding selling techniques that present a full range of our AMT products and services. Collaborating with stakeholders and other sales resources to understand our customers’ needs is part of your everyday work in this technical, hands-on and networking position. You also make sure to document and share any feedback with our organization to enhance our offer, business models and long-term strategy. All in all, you’re a key in making our business successful in this region.

You travel frequently across your sales area, and the location for this position is flexible - although we do prefer if you’re based close to Stockholm, Sweden, as this is where we have our major hub and most of our team members.

Your background is important
We’d love it if you have experience from both sales and manufacturing. You need to understand the challenges that may occur in the machining domain and be able to translate them into technical solutions. You’re also familiar with value-based selling and used to the most common sales tools and processes. An already established network in the industry is an advantage.

On top of this, you need:
A degree in a relevant field of studies, such as Engineering or Business Management
The skills and mindset needed to operate independently, in a global and virtual office environment
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish

Your personality is key
With an entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious drive, you plan and prioritize your weekly agenda to make sure we have a customer-centric approach and build excellent relations. You challenge us in finding new ways, and your social skills are inspiring. You also have a sincere interest in new technology, and this enables you to deliver sales results and developing both ours and our customers’ business in a positive manner.

We believe in finding that perfect mix between work, family life and interests, and we happily support our employees in balancing this. For us, it’s also clear that diversity of experience, perspective and background forms an amazing foundation for achieving great results.
