For our customer, we're looking for: Field Service Technician GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Pullmax Inc.is currently looking for Field Service Technicians within the Continental US and Mexico, specifically in the Chicago land area.We offer an excellent salary and benefit packages.SUMMARY: Installs, maintains, and repairs Pullmax machinery, equipment, physical structures, and hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.o Visually inspects, installs and tests machinery and equipment.o Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction.o Discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance technicians, to diagnose problem or repair machine.o Dismantles defective machines/equipment and installs new or repaired parts.o Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.o Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring.o Installs and repairs electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.o Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.o Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.o Installs, programs or repairs automated machinery and equipment, such as programmable controllers, and computer numerical controls.o Ability to perform customer training in machine operation, application and programming.
