Location: Oslo Norway Salary: EUR35k / year We are looking for a Finance Assistant situated in the Oslo office to assist with the following tasks: Responsibilities Finance 1. Receiving supplier invoices from Norwegian suppliers, from Finland, Denmark and Swedish offices.Ensuring that they are correctly authorised and sending by fax and then by mail to the European Head Quarters.Taking responsibility to ensure invoices are received and processed efficiently.2. Allocating cash received from customers from the bank statements to the Account Receivable system on a daily basis 3. Assisting with Credit control, calling customers where necessary under instruction from European Head Office.4. Opening mail every morning and distributing it as necessary, including forwarding relevant mail to Ireland. Candidate Profile: . 2 - 3 years experience in an Finance/Office Administration role is a requirement . Fluency in Norwegian is essential.Fluency in English is Essential.Fluency in a second Nordic language is desirable..Computer Literacy is essential -, Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, Internet and Email . Analytical and Numbers Literate . Attentive to detail / accuracy of work . Displayed ability to work on own initiative - Self-starter . Excellent Organisation and Time-Management skills . Flexible and Adaptable . Accountable and Trustworthy . Experience working in a multinational organisation with multi-national employees is desirable but not essential.. Have a proven ability to be a strong team player and provide support at all levels . Highly developed communication and presentation skills..
