As a Finance Associate at Joint Academy, you will primarily handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and support the payroll manager. You will play a crucial role in the finance department, working closely with the team. Experience with Netsuite, an enterprise resource planning software, is considered a plus. The ability to prioritize and manage workload autonomously is important, as is the ability to work in an international environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English are required. Having experience in a start-up or scale-up company with rapid growth is a plus, as well as experience in healthcare. Knowledge of group accounting and consolidation is also beneficial.

In terms of soft skills, being structured and able to plan your own time is important. You should be people-oriented and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships within the company and with external stakeholders. Initiative, adaptability, and a positive mindset are valued traits, as you will be working in a rapidly changing environment.

At Joint Academy, you'll have a meaningful impact on people's lives globally. Collaborate with leading experts and enjoy benefits like 30 days of paid vacation, flexible working hours, and a wellness contribution. Work from our scenic Malmö office or remotely.
