Finance Business Partner

Responsibilites:
Assure high level of transparency in order to enable good quality of business decisions with special focus on product costing and performance
Perform monthly closing tasks and other reporting request
Optimize and simplify processes mainly effectiveness driven in transversal projects
Ensure accuracy of upstream margin allocation to IG customers
Business partner for the plant manager and the management team regarding all finance and control area
Part of the Management Team
Oversee and act actively to month-end closing procedure as well as initiate, oversee and drive cost campaign
Express proactive business recommendations, initiate action plans and monitor execution
Drives financial performance in the plant
Follow, analyze and challenge Opex and Capex expenses
Conducts forecasts, anticipates risks and opportunities on a medium term
Prepare and participate to the quarterly business review to cluster management
Manage the FP&A employee reporting to you
Support and prepare Internal/External audit and compliance management
Participate and support company projects
Manage the year end closing/tax declaration
Lead finance continuous improvement



Qualifications
University/Master degree or further training in Finance/Controlling
Minimum 5 years working experience in Controlling
Good knowledge in cost accounting and in IAS/ IFRS
Experienced SAP knowledge as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
High analytic skills to construct/execute complex analyses
Experience in Product Industrial Costing (Full cost, Activity Based Costing)
Leadership and team-player attitude
Open minded, flexible and business orientated
Continuous improvement approach and change management attitude
Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Must be self-motivated, proactive and creative
Fluent in English, Swedish and French appreciated
