Finance Controller

Dellner Bubenzer Group is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a business-oriented Finance Controller who can be our next new fantastic team member!
Dellner Bubenzer Group AB develops, manufactures, markets, and maintains braking solutions for industry, marine, oil, gas, and wind power applications worldwide.
The company was founded in Sweden in 1941 and is now part of the global Dellner Group AB. The group has a turnover of 175 million Euros, has about 1,000 employees and is established in over 15 countries.
Dellner Group AB is divided into two divisions: Dellner Polymer & Glass Solutions and Dellner Bubenzer Group. The Dellner Bubenzer Group also includes Dellner Hydratech, a global supplier of primarily hydraulic systems.
About the position
As a Group Finance Controller, you will support the CFO in the work of ensuring the reporting structure, how the transaction is followed up and make sure that the processes around this are efficient. Your work will be very varied, and you work with different units and cultures.
You will continuously work proactively to analyze our business in an efficient way with a focus on business and profitability. The role involves many contacts with various stakeholders such as management, owners, the local businesses and more.
You will be part of a curious and fast-paced organization that is characterized by being close to our customers and partners.
Examples of duties and responsibilities:
• Together with management, analyze strategic goals and the financial development of the company
• Responsible for forecasting and budgeting process
• Develop structure and processes for follow-up of results
• Reporting of KPIs to management and other stakeholders
• Drive improvement work including system implementation
• Initiate, drive, and follow up ad hoc projects.

You report to the CFO of Dellner Bubenzer Group. The job is located in Borlänge with some travelling included.

Your Background
You have a relevant academic education. You have a good overall understanding of all parts of the finance function as well as experience of financial roles or other positions in global companies and in relevant industries. It is an advantage if you have experience from producing industry.
You have experience of:
· Working or driving initiatives on the system (IT) side of finance
· Setting KPIs and managing the business according to the KPIs
· Leading change by successfully developing and improving processes for financial management, reporting, follow-up, etc.
You speak and write English fluently.
