Finance Core System is part of the Core Platform Area SAP and Business Administration organization, within Technology, a new function within Volvo Group Digital & IT with a big stake in the Group’s digital transformation. Technology will modernize Volvo’s core digital backbone making it a platform for digital products. CPA SAP & Business Administration is responsible for IT solutions for VCE, Buses, GTO Manufacturing, Finance, HR & Other HQ-functions and shared SAP platforms used across the Group. Our digital talents develop capabilities and digital technologies to improve business performance and create value for the Group with speed and at scale.

This is how you could make an impact


As Delivery Manager of the Reporting & Treasury you will lead a global team responsible for delivery of Projects, Runtime & enhancements in our solutions. You have proven experience as a leader and excel in demonstrating Volvo core values.


Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. It is important you have a continuous improvement mind-set. You will drive the agile transformation in the team. You work together with business representatives to form both strategic and tactical plans for the solutions within the sub-portfolio as well as planning for the delivery of these solutions. You will also support employee development, create an inspiring work climate, actively work for diversity, inclusiveness and promote behaviors and Volvo Core Values by being a job model


You will be an active member of the Finance Core System management team and report to the Head of this unit.

These are the main expectations on you:
Develop a team that is curious, hungry to learn and implement new SAP technologies, and work in Agile and DevSecOps methodology
Responsible for deliveries towards Volvo Group Finance community
Line Management responsibilities for all resources in Reporting & Treasury team
Establish good collaboration with business stakeholders and between different value teams
Focus on employee engagement and Skills development
Proven experience in developing and coaching people
Strong experience from working in an IT delivery organization including solid knowledge about project management & tools
Agile transformation / Agile delivery experience will be an added advantage
Preferably experience from Finance, SAP and COTS/SAAS
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a Leading People role or other relevant leadership role
