Finance Lead

Kedali is the world’s largest manufacturer of casings for lithium batteries. Our headquarters is in Shenzhen and we have subsidiaries in both China and Europe.
Kedali Sweden is now looking for a Finance Lead for our team in Skellefteå!

Main tasks include but are not limited to:
Reviews all book-keeping by the finance team
Reviews all bank reconciliation, payment, balance sheet reconciliation, provisions, general ledger maintenance, monthly and quarterly closing activities, and reporting
Prepares cost control model pricing report and other cost analysis report
Is responsible for the visma system maintenance including accounting and salary system
Prepares the annual report and contact the auditor for the annual report
Drafts the finance policy of Kedali Sweden AB according to the Swedish policy and HQ accounting rules
Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Prepares financial forecasts.
Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
Assists management to make financial decisions


Competence and Experience:
University degree within accounting, finance or equivalent (bachelor or equivalent degree from Swedish yrkes högskola)
5+ years hands on working experience within a finance department, preferably with experience from transactional processing (AP/AR)
Familiar with Swedish accounting rules, including Accounting (basic), VAT (basic), Finance transnational processing (end-to-end process view)
Can do bokslut, bookkeeping och declatation
5+ years of experience in accounting software and strong Excel skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English und Chinese, Swedish is a merit
Very good communication and influencing skills and comfortable working with different cultures
Strong interest in numbers and accounting but can also see the big picture
