Finance Manager

Bokio is looking for a Finance manager to join the Legal & Finance team. You’ll be reporting directly to the CFO.
What you will do at Bokio
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for the financial health of the company and organization. You’ll be producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research and analysis.
Main responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as accounting, invoicing and other transactions
Purchase to pay and order to cash process
Creating and updating guidelines, policies, instructions and routines within the finance field
Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvements
Develop and manage budget process
Develop and be responsible for financial reports to stakeholders
Guide management in making sound business decisions in long and short term

Who you are
Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably with a major in Accounting
Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach, able to proactively identify and solve problems together with the team
Analytical and collaborative professional with strong attention to detail
Good skills in excel and powerpoint or similar
Swedish and english proficiency
Work independently and deliver tasks on time
