Finance Manager - Nordics
Based: Kista, Stockholm, Sweden

The Client:
Our client is an International enterprise focused on the portability, usability and management of data.
The Job:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures business and financial practices for the functional area
Responsible for 4 countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland)
Managing 6 employees
Software revenue recognition (US GAAP)
Responsible for budgets and forecasts
works with Sales personnel and their customers as necessary in selected deals that require attendance of financially-oriented personnel
Administers revenue goals/quotas

The person:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance or Accounting
Minimum 5 yrs. experience in finance, accounting or controlling
Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced international environment
Self confident with the ability to stand up for and enforce company guidelines and policies
Ability to communicate at different levels in a dynamic international environment
Fluent in Swedish and English

Package:
Base Salary between SEK 650,000 PLUS to SEK 750,000 dependent on experience
