Finance Officer to our client based in Lund

We are now looking for a junior finance officer on the behalf of our client in Lund. This is a consultancy assignment through EQonomy/Wise Professionals starting as soon as possible continuing until the 13thof January.



The assignment
As a finance officer you will be a part of a finance team consisting of six people. Together with the others you will be responsible for the distribution of the supplier invoices in the company’s ERP system Agresso, preparation of the coding of invoice to approver and weekly payment files for supplier invoices to the bank.

Other main responsibilities will be:

• Recording of payments to suppliers in subledger and General Ledger

• Support in monthly closure of the financial books (reconciliations) including preparing supporting documentation

• Provide support to other parts of the Finance group when needed



Qualifications
We believe that you have a degree in preferably finance or equivalent and has worked for about three to five years with financial accounting. You have an excellent understanding of and thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

As a person you are driven, work well in teams as well as independently and have the ability to follow up. You thrive in an academic context and have great communication skills. You are used to a dynamic environment and have the ability to stay calm at points of high pressure. It is meriting if you have former experience in the system Agresso, but not a requirement. You possess excellent skills in both English and Swedish, written and verbally.
