We’re now looking for a Finance Policies Officer and Enterprise Risk Manager for our Finance and Pricing Management team – an excellent opening for you who wants to be part of a global scope and work in a new function. You’ll be an important asset with great responsibilities and opportunities to truly influence our ways of working!
Your mission
In this role, you ensure compliance with all Finance related policies and procedures within Sandvik Coromant – you also implement and anchor them to make it easy and clear for the organization to comply with the Finance related part of the Sandvik Coromant Way. Parallelly, you assume the overall responsible for the enterprise risk management process within the organization – running in close cooperation with Sandvik Machining Solutions and Sandvik Group. You coordinate across all functions and business units to assist in the identification, monitoring, and reporting of risks taken throughout Sandvik Coromant in total.
On a more detailed level, your assignments include:
· Leading and driving projects and initiatives to implement systems and working principles.
· Ensuring that strategies are aligned with the company’s risk appetite and satisfy pre-defined profitability requirements.
· Overall coordination of the Sandvik Coromant Business Continuity-Process in line with SMS and Group Policies
· Networking within Sandvik Coromant, SMS and Sandvik Group
· Performing ad-hoc data analytics as required.
· Participating and partly leading projects and initiatives within the Finance Area
The location for this position is flexible within Europe and partly remote, global travel is included in your job.
Your profile
We’re looking for a skilled project leader with broad experience in either finance, IT, law, or another relevant field. Your experience is backed by a university degree in Finance or Business Administration. To succeed, you need a profound knowledge of legal requirements, policies, and procedures from a large multinational company. Sound knowledge of machining solution companies, and processes used in these companies – and knowledge of finance is necessary. As this position has a global reach, you’re proficient in both written and verbal English.

By advocating a hands-on approach, you’re a true doer who’s capable of driving projects and change across the entire organization and you have the ability of structuring complex and demanding areas in a pragmatic way. Solid communication skills help you build trustful relationships and network with stakeholders on all levels. You’re self-propelling with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines and in addition, you´re comfortable spending some time in the spotlight making presentations.
