Financial Accountant

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Nordic Countries in Stockholm is looking for a full-time position starting November 1, 2022:


a Financial Accountant

The following tasks await you:
• Responsible management of the accounting and human resources department;
• Monitoring cash flows, disposition and use of financial resources to optimize financial management;
• Handling all work related to the preparation of monthly statements as well as the annual financial statements;
• Review and pre-commitment of internal business fundamentals (procurement procedures);
• Contact person for tax auditing office as well as commercial bank;


You bring these qualifications with you:
• Organizational talent, communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and human resources management
• Expert knowledge of the budgeting/accounting of non-profit organizations as well as sound knowledge of grant law
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, German is of advantage
• Sound knowledge of tax law and human resources
• Confident handling of annual financial statement activities
• Very good MS Office skills
• High level of commitment, independence and flexibility
