Kvalifikationer

- You have minimum 5 years’ experience from working with accounting and analytical tasks in big groups
- You are familiar with SAP or other ERP-systems
- You are excellent in English, both in writing and speaking

Job Description
Now we are looking for two financial accountants to our client Samsung in Kista. In your role as financial accountant you will be responsible for finance approvals, accounting, VAT handling, intercompany, analysis of costs and reporting for SENA as a main area. The secondary area can vary, which means the higher demands on flexibility. You will also work as a “back-up” for other Financial Accountants and Financial Controller within the Accounting team; therefore it is important that you are flexible in the day-to-day work as new tasks can be assigned.

Key accountabilities:
• Analysis and follow-ups of costs and accruals and preparations of compilation and presentation files for the management. Proper accounting of costs in all four SENA’s branches including calculation and booking of accruals
• Finance approvals of vendor invoices, bookings, etc.
• Manual bookings and file upload in SAP
• Tax: VAT, import tax, custom fees and income tax reconciliations and reporting
• Monthly benefit taxation: check, reporting and subsequently controls
• Intercompany billing
• Group internal reporting: FSCS, ICMS, Financial health check, internal audits and other internal reporting
• Forecast and Budget: preparation, follow-ups, communication, etc.
• Monthly closing and audit: reconciliations, accruals, analysis, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, support to the colleagues
• Good communication with our outsourcing partner

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start in March/April, and the assignment is expected to run until August 2021, with possible extension.
