Financial Analyst at Gilbarco Autotank

Gilbarco Autotank is a global leader in fuelling and payment systems for convenience stores, supermarkets and service stations.Products include dispensers, payments systems, tank gauges, submersible pumps, point of sale systems and remote monitoring.Gilbarco Veeder-Root's parent company is Danaher, a global diversified technology leader with a focus on building business over time.The Financial Analyst has a Nordic scope and is responsible for financial planning and analysis for all of the Gilbarco Autotank entities which also include the Baltic countries.As Financial Analyst you are responsible for mid and short term planning of revenues, margins and operating expenses.To manage this you need to develop close working relationship with the Finance Director, the Managing Director as well as the Accounting Manager.Your task is to be their discussion partner in terms of analysis of business results, ensure transparency across business areas, products and functions.The Financial Analyst is the main contact for European FP&A (Financial, Planning and Analysis) inquiries where colleagues discuss results, trends, etc.One of your main tasks as Financial Analyst is that you are responsible for developing an effective business control process and have a thorogh understanding of the business.It is crucial that you are eager to learn and understand Gilbarcos' core business needs and are able to identify improvement opportunities and advise management accordingly.Since you will be working cross country we expect you to have a high level of understanding for different business cultures and need you to communicate effectively within all levels of the various organizations.The person we are searching for should have the following qualifications (experience and personality): 3 - 5 years experience in finance, accountingcontrolling, Experience in process improvements and change management "Do what it takes" - attitude Have the ability to prioritize Extrovert personality Excellent communication skills Fluent in English This recruitment is in cooperation with Kompetensslussen.Apply for this position at: www.kompetensslussen.se, see "aktuella rekryteringar".Applicants Curriculum Vitae (CV) should be in English.
