We support the sales organization in the daily work by continually developing and striving towards best practices in the financial area and back office functions.

We therefore need to recruit analytical and service-minded Accounts Receivable Assistants to join our team in Kista, Stockholm. Job Summary
As an AR Assistant you are responsible for processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with our financial policies and procedures and you perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data. Solving issues raised by our customers to maintain customer satisfaction and avoid delays is an important part of your mission, and you ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Additionally, you generate financial statements and reports of our accounts receivable status, perform reconciliations and you proactively work to identify potential problems in individual customer accounts, anticipating where problems are likely to occur and notifying our credit controllers.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with education in finance or business and experience from a similar position. You have experience from either Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in a larger company structure and an international environment with stakeholders spread globally across cultural borders. Previous experience from credit control or trade finance is also considered advantageous. You are a skilled user of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and knowledge of SAP or other financial systems is highly valuable. We operate in a global environment, and for this role you need to have great Dutch and English skills, in both speaking and writing.
