For recruitment we are now looking for an financial assistant to market leader Nynas. You will be a part of the SCC which has 20 persons working at the office located in Stockholm. This recruitment is for a colleauge moving further in the company and we are therefore anxious to have a process with high tempo so please apply asap. You should be able to communicate in both Swedish and English.

Om tjänsten
The financial assistant is, together with other accountants in the Nordic Shared Service Center, responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for Nynas companies
The financial assistant works with all activities in the Accounts Payable- and Receivable functions, ensures the timely and accurate payment of all vendor invoices and processing of customer invoices/payments in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
The financial assistant report to the Nordic AR/AP Shared Services Manager.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Processing of supplier invoices and manual customer invoices, ensuring proper coding, invoice approval and timeliness
• Setup of new suppliers/customers including payment terms and banking information
• Resolve processing issues with other internal departments including General Accounting, Purchasing and other Finance team members
• Ensure the timely Month End Closing of AR & AP, including reconciliation of assigned General Ledger accounts
• Process bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts
• Provide excellent (internal) customer service
• Perform other related duties as assigned


Vem är du?
To be a good fit for this position you must have an education within the accounting area, as well as several years practical experience working with the end to end Accounts Payable process. Work experience from a Shared Service Center is considered a plus.

Requirements:
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and invoice workflow.
• Computer and software proficiency, including strong knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines
