Sifferverket söker för kunds räkning en FInancial Controller. Financial Controller Key Areas of responsibility: . Contact person towards banks and responsible for bank accounts . Financial control of the Country Organization in Sweden . Real Estate & Facility Management for office in Stockholm .Internal Control Standard & SOx compliance for Nordic Country Organization . Local purchasing for non-product related goods & services . Financial Control Sweden: includes all corporate- and management reporting, country budget, service level agreements with local organization.High attention has to be put on Finance Excellence Network projects from Corporate Control. . Real Estate & Facility Management: includes dealing with the landlord, the service suppliers (maintenance, security, reception, goods receipts, etc.) and the internal tenants.Facilitating the ongoing Workplace Innovation Project and relocation project.. ICS and SOx compliance: coordinating role for the Nordic Country Organizations; as this is a high attention area for the company, it requires substantial time and energy from the country controlling teams.. Local purchasing: supporting the Nordic Purchase Officer; all local activities, such as contract maintenance and follow-up with vendors, vendor selection, contract negotiations, etc.; implementation and maintenance of local purchasing procedures. You are participating in a small local F&A team (3 persons), responsible for the statutory/fiscal reporting and controlling function of the Swedish Country Organization.You will also be part of the F&A Management Team Nordic & Baltics and cooperate with your colleagues in the other countries.You will report directly to the CFO Nordic & Baltics in Stockholm. Essential job requirements: . University degree in Finance/Business administration on a master level; . Controlling & Finance experience of 5-7 years; . Experience with working in larger company, preferably international, with similar organizational structure and complexity; . Excellent communication (Swedish & English fluently) and presentation skills, networker; .Open minded, pro-active, change agent, goal oriented, team worker; . Travelling is included in the job around 10% of your time; Functional and Technical capabilities: .Controlling, Finance & Accounting knowledge . Internal Control framework .
