We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Controller team with responsibility within Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM), AB Tetra Pak.

What you will do
You will focus on:
· Take active part in book closing activities for AB Tetra Pak with focus on Real Estate projects and investments
· Actively support the business by providing high quality and timely financial information, support and analysis, e.g. forecast and budget
· Be an active business partner with a challenging approach to support decision making in relevant management teams
· Carry out project controlling and other controlling support
· Manage and track the performance of invested assets and assigned business cases
This position is a temporary position until September 2021 and is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with a University Degree within Finance preferably combined with some years of experience from similar work. Knowledge and/or experience from SAP Systems Finance module will be a merit.
You approach your tasks in an organized, analytical and structured way. Independent work is something you are good at, and at the same time you truly believe in collaboration. You have a customer focus and enjoy working with others. We believe that you have good communication skills and that you can provide qualitative work despite of tight deadlines and demanding business needs.
As we act both locally and in an international arena, you need excellent skills in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
