Your role
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake part of the finance controlling, including budget and forecast preparation, project controlling, reporting and analysis of the monthly results.
As Financial Controller in Altran Scandinavia you will be part of the Controller team as one out of two Financial Controllers and you will be reporting directly to the Controlling Manager.
The Finance department consists of eight people; three in Controlling and four in Accounting, plus the CFO.
You will have collaboration with shared services centre in Poland, Group Finance (located in Paris) and occasionally finance people in other countries. You will also work closely with the Operation teams with regards to Project Controlling.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Monthly process:
Monthly reporting of the full Scandinavia P&L (in collaboration with accounting) in HFM system
Analysis of the Scandinavia monthly results according to Altran KPI’s and preparation of support for the CFO / CEO performance review
Monthly reporting of internal Division results together with analysis of the same and subsequent debriefing with Division Directors and Team Units
Support month-end and year-end close process

Business/Project Controlling:
Following-up and controlling of all on-going projects from a finance perspective and analysing the revenue and margins
Acting as one of the points of contact between finance and the operational teams for financial project related questions and issues

FP&A process:
Preparation of the annual Budget process
Preparations of the monthly Rolling Forecast process
Participate in various Finance projects


Your profile
3-5 years of experience working in Finance or Controlling, maybe from Auditing firm or similar.
Academic degree in Finance, Business administration or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
You are analytical and have an eye for details and data quality.
Advanced skills in Excel and able to do modelling reports and prepare analysis.
You are proactive and able to see and implement improvements.
You have high ambitions to do your best and like to work in a high pace environment.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills are required and experience in HFM and Maconomy is a plus.
