Your mission
In this position, you oversee our accounting operations, including ensuring that month-end closing processes and financial reporting functions are completed accurately and on time. You’re responsible for operational steering of the financial reporting, ensuring that all financial statements and balance sheets are recorded, reconciled and delivered to the appropriate stakeholders.
You also ensure that our accounting systems comply with generally accepted accounting principles and with IFRS, help reduce risk and manage cash. Overseeing our cash-flow transactions by tracking our in- and outflow of cash is also an important part of your role. Furthermore, you’re accountable for internal controls and the implementation of continuous testing. Another important and natural part of your job is your ongoing work to develop and improve our routines and processes.
This role is based in Sandviken or Järfälla/Veddesta.

Your character
We’re looking for someone with a relevant business degree and a few years of experience in accounting, along with adequate knowledge of IFRS, accounting and/or financial control. You have strategic planning and operations experience, and you’re proficient in analysis as well as data management systems, such as Excel and Office 365. Previous exposure in programs like Aurora and to mining, construction or engineering industries are also advantageous. As we operate in an international setting, you need great skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are necessary in this position.
