Responsible for the statutory and tax accounting is according with Swedish as well as US GAAP, including reporting to Corporate through Hyperion.. Set up the financial reporting needed for Swedish GAAP reporting from all subsidiaries including instructions.. Consolidation of locally required (statutory) financial statement.. Manage the loans that are maintained in the Corporate Loan Database, including being key contact person vis-a-vis our external banks..Treasurer for all the Stockholm companies and the Financial Manger for certain Holding- and Finance companies in Sweden.. Prepare forecast figures for Swedish tax planning and tax accounting for US tax purposes.. Assist with interim and year end financial reporting of income tax expense, balance sheet roll forward of income taxes, and deferred income tax in compliance with US GAAP.Profile of the suitable candidate: . Educated to a university degree (Civilekonom) in Accounting/Finance and/or Business Administration.. Three to five years experience of Financial and/or Tax controllership at large multinational company and/or experience gained at "big4" audit firms..Knowledge of putting Group accounts together including preparing and filing of Annual and semi-annual reports.. Deep knowledge in Swedish GAAP, some knowledge of US GAAP is meritating.. Knowledge and gained experience in developing financial reporting processes..High analytical capability.. Use of tools such as Hyperion, Oracle and Excel to improve quality and productivity is meritating.. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Swedish..
