COMPANY PRESENTATION Division Car Accessories Europe/Asia is the largest division within the Thule Group, the worlds leading supplier of load carriers for cars.The Division delivers roof boxes, roof rails and bike carriers under the premium brand Thule.The Division, based in Hillerstorp, Sweden, has six production facilities in Europe and Asia.The Thule Group has around 2,300 employees at some 20 production and sales units in all the worlds major car markets.The Group also offers snow chains and trailers under the brands König, Brenderup and Thule Rental.The turnover amounts to SEK 3,2 billion.Thule has its headquarter in Malmö, Sweden.Majority owner is the UK-based private equity company Candover.PRESENTATION OF THE JOB Role description As Financial Controller for the Thule Hillerstorp site you will be responsible for providing the management team of the Hillerstorp site with financial information and analysis to highlight variances, trends and risk as well as areas of improvements.In order to have accurate financial data, the overall financial routines and reporting for the legal entity must be of the highest standards. Key deliverables Ensure fast and accurate financial reporting.Drive, manage and follow up manufacturing accounting.Manage further development of the product-costing model.Drive project accounting and financial update of product development projects.Manage to increase the understanding and importance of working capital in order to achieve improvements. Key Challenges Drive and monitor the ongoing activities for enhanced use of Movex.Be an active part in the manufacturing organization and show presence and commitment on the shop floor.Balance the analytical part of finance with a hands on approach through sincere interest and knowledge of the key drivers of the business and the day-to-day work of the manufacturing. Profile An academic business administration degree with an in depth experience from the manufacturing industry and similar position.Good experience from accounting, group reporting routines and operating in a larger business system.A major advantage is experience of Movex.Experience in change management, especially in lean and flow group manufacturing.Good leadership and management style.High integrity with high standards of ethics.Keen interest in manufacturing in combination with finance.Strong team player who enjoys a fast moving environment.
