We are looking for a Financial Controller - Brand & Marketing/ PR & Events for a global automotive company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.
Overall description
The Financial Controller is responsible for process of actuals, budget and forecast for operating expenses global functions, with a focus on cost. Quality secure all aspects of the reporting process and provide support to operational and financial management. Monitor the markets spend and agree on global handling in how to analyse and follow up on the monthly spend from a market perspective.
Key responsibilities & activities
Responsibility for analyzing actuals
Responsible for forecast and budget follow up in cost.
Cost center structure
Correct accruals
Provide financial support to operations
Facilitate approval process
Together with HR facilitate headcount reporting
Proactively propose improvements to reporting process.
Monitor and follow up on market reporting.
Set a global process of how to analyze the functional spend in the markets.

Experience in business-oriented role within finance.
Ability to make room for finance agenda early in processes.

The team
A team of 5 financial controllers in total supporting commercial functions, where this ASP controller is a very important member; the team also consists of several Business Controllers. Both the Financial and Business controllers are working closely together and support corresponding commercial functions.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 80% on-site in Gothenburg.
