Financial controller to ESS in Lund

Due to a new project starting at ESS they are now looking for an accountant with exposure to financial controlling and proven experience in reconciliation or a financial controller with exposure to accounting and proven experience in reconciliation.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the role as financial controller or accountant you will:


* Set up and maintain a reconciled cost reporting towards ESS’ external and internal stakeholders, based on the statutory accounting / general ledger
* Supported by the Finance Group, Business Controlling, and Project Controlling; develop, implement, and maintain, a monthly cost reporting towards internal and external stakeholders
* Reconcile the monthly cost reporting with the general ledger including supporting documentation
* Analyse, develop, and maintain the standards for the cost reporting, based on requirements from internal and external stakeholders
* Create guidelines and documentation on cost reporting and reconciliation
* Support the reconciliation of other transactions, e.g. related to contributions in kind
* Make recommendations on data quality


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
To be successfull in this role you have:


* A bachelor or master degree in accounting or business administration
* Minimum 4 years of experience in reconciliation
* Good understanding of bookkeeping and annual reporting
* Can communicate unhinderedly in english
* Excellent Excel skills (including Pivot tables)
* Earlier experience of working in an international environment


It is considered an asset if you earlier been working with Unit 4 Business World.

As a person you have a high level of attention to details, are analytical and responsible.
