Financial Developer,Joint Application Developer

As a developer in the Joint Application Development team you will be working in close contact with the end users to develop new enhancements to the FRONT ARENA trading system. The work will be project driven often driven from sales cases and will involve requirement specification, design and implementation. The JAD team covers all functional areas so this position will give a broad insight into finance as well as the financial software industry. Joint Application Development that is part of Product Development is a small new team that currently consist of three members that now will be increased to five. We are looking for candidates who possess a solid academic background in software engineering and financial theory that are looking for a challenging, high paced entry into the financial software industry. Suitable applicants should have following qualifications: . Excellent academic merits coupled with an interest in computer science and financial markets. . Knowledge of software development concepts like client/server, object oriented programming etc. . Knowledge in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Python, SQL. Applicants should have strong analytical skills, have good communication skills in English and possess strong interpersonal skills. This position is also especially suitable for applicants who have recently completed their academic studies.
