Financial Internal Auditor/Advisor

The Sandvik Group is looking for Financial Internal Auditor/Advisor based in Sweden Group Assurance is a function working on behalf of the Board of Directors and Executive Management.Our role is to provide independent, objective and insightful assurance on the effectiveness of the Groups framework and processes for corporate governance, internal control and risk management.We are now in the process of strengthening our organization in Eastern Europe.As a Financial Auditor you will mainly be responsible for financial audits and conducting business support within this area.The work will be performed in a global environment with main focus on region Eastern Europe.You will be meeting and dealing with all Business Areas and a variety of different cultures.The position provides an excellent development opportunity for the successful candidate to progress into strategic senior roles in Sandvik Finance. Key performance areas .Plan, execute and follow up of audits of units and processes within the Sandvik Group .Report significant observations and recommending improvements .Provide general support in order to further develop and improve processes at both operational and strategic level .Play an active role in developing Group Assurance's role and way of working Your profile The ideal candidate possesses: .Degree with a minimum of five years' relevant work experience in an international environment .Extensive knowledge in accounting and control procedures and experience of auditing .Good business and process orientation .Good command of written and spoken Russian and English .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to make an impact, establish good relationships and gain trust .Structured, systematic and analytical with focus on continuous improvements .
