Finance Manager - Sweden & Denmark (2 posts) As Finance Manager you will have the ultimate responsibility for the smooth running of the finance department as well as actively participate and contribute to the successful management of the company.Areas of responsibilities: . Acting as an important part of management . Providing relevant information to the board of directors . Month- and year end reporting, including balance sheet and income statements .Responsible for coordinating and setting budgets and forecasts including development of the budget system . Actively seeking to improve the procedures and routines within the company . Managing a team of 4 .Administration of local company filing requirements . Administration of the company's pension scheme . Provide and share required financial knowledge in various projects across the organisation . Promote internal training and sharing of expertise to raise the overall performance and knowledge in the organisation Relevant experience We are looking for a person with solid experience from finance or accounting functions as well as previous experience of reporting for holding company structures.As you will be managing staff an element of management experience is required.Some audit experience would be beneficial.
