Financial/Project Controller - brådskande!

We are looking for a good and experienced Financial/Project Controller Job description: The Project is a venture to enhance the customer experience. From a business perspective it is about improving sales performance and culture, creating a multi-channel customer experience and creating operational excellence. From an IT perspective, it is about transforming the IT application landscape to integrated global solutions away from end of life cycle technologies that also will enable service oriented architecture. Overall responsibility - Ensure that the program operates to optimum cost effectiveness, record and analyze costs and expenditure to a high degree of accuracy. - Ensure approval from program manager before distribution of financial situation. - Report financial risk and issue situation. Accountable for: - Establish efficient routines for budget framework and cost follow up in cooperation with program manager and, maintain and inform staff of financial guidelines (estimation principles etc) - Establish and maintain program budget (frames incl.) and forecast in cooperation with program manager - Aggregate financial outcome from Agresso, eFact, Kuben etc on a monthly basis - Aggregation of benefits in financial reports - Monitor and forecast expenses and costs against budget and contracts - Managing Agresso reporting structure according to the organization - Managing invoices and accounting in eFact, monitoring and preparing for attest - Establish and communicate guidelines/policies for travel, expenses, invoicing etc.
