tng är bemannings- och rekryteringsföretaget som förmedlar arbete främst till studenter, unga i karriären och seniorer 50+.Läs mer om oss på www.tng.se - for long-term assignment with major international technology company We are currently looking for a number of helpdesk technicians for a long-term assignment within an international technology company in Stockholm.We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Finish (written and spoken) and have knowledge in Swedish, Russian or Danish (spoken), who wish to work in Stockholm and is interested in technical problem solving.[[[[[[[ Assignment Your main responsibility as a multilingual helpdesk technician will be to provide support and back up to end user of our clients IT platform.Your duties will mainly involve support by MS Office and MS Windows programs.Experts within different areas are available and can be consulted when more complex questions arise.[ The position will be full time or part time with great opportunities to work in a challenging environment.This position is part of our staffing and recruitment operation, which means that you will be employed by tng and work as a consultant for our client.Requirements We are searching for candidates who speak and write Finish fluently, and have knowledge in Swedish, Russian or Danish.English is the standard language at the company and you must be able to use it in writing.You are an experienced user of MS Windows and MS Office and broad general knowledge and interest within the IT area.Furthermore, you should be service minded and responsible with a good structural ability.Previous experiences of telephone support not a prerequisite but a good merit.
