This individual will work with Area Procurement Manager Sweden on Finland specific activities, engaging with local, Finance and Accounting and other local business stakeholders to develop and execute a portfolio of procurement initiatives based on regional or global category strategies or strategies that are adjusted to local needs that drive and deliver cost opportunities. This individual is expected to achieve measurable improvements in cost, quality, service, and vendor performance for categories of Marketing, Professional Services and Technology. This position reports directly to the Area Procurement Manager Sweden & Finland. [ Your responsibilities: The Area Procurement Support's primary responsibility is to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders for sourcing projects. The methodology is to analyze spend and identify opportunities, utilize vendor sourcing, develop contracts, conduct negotiations, and perform vendor management. This position will research cost savings opportunities in a designated area and coordinate with the Area Procurement Manager Sweden and Finland to arrive at the most beneficial Procurement strategy.
