Support Associate As a Global Support Consultant your responsibilities will involve providing a variety of services and support for our new innovative solution. In a support capacity, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting and evaluating incoming complex problems. This will involve liaising with Development and highlighting to them issues (e.g. bugs/functionality) that need further improvements. You will also be responsible for the tools used to solve customer issues, which are supplied to resellers and hotline personnel. We take a team-based approach, aided by knowledge databases and problem emulation. Qualifications: To succeed in these new and exciting roles, the following are relevant: General Requirements . Fluent in English and Finnish . Product Support Experience preferably in a Global support team for Multinational Company. . Good understanding of a business processes at small or medium business, from a financial perspective . Problem Analysis and problem resolution abilities. . End User knowledge of a business software solution . Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching an advantage. . Enthusiastic & pro-active, process oriented person. Technical Requirements . Good working knowledge of SQL Query language . Good working Knowledge in Database Administration of SQL Server . Good working Knowledge in Networking (Connectivity) for Windows 2000 and 2003, domain model with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS and a PKI infrastructure . Good working knowledge of Windows Terminal services and Citrix Metaframe . Good working knowledge of windows server and workstation operating systems Advantages to have knowledge on one of the following: . Network Security, Firewall, VPN, Virus software etc. . Knowledge in Database Administration of Sybase Server and DB2 Server . Knowledge of Mail Server . Knowledge in tuning and trouble shooting of Network and database server performance.
