American Express Business Travel is looking for a finnish Online Travel Specialist to our Nordic e-Fulfilment center in Stockholm E-fulfillment center is a division within American Express Business Travel that has the responsibility for Online Travel.The working tasks consist of navigation support on self-bookings via the Internet, automated queuing, ticketing .The center serves all of American Express Online clients within the Nordic countries.The office is placed at the Headquarters for American Express Business Travel in Stockholm. The tasks will be: - Navigation support to users by phone/mail for different online systems - Fulfilment of online bookings - Travel support - Administrate different solutions for the clients - Identify, analyze and resolve issues within the different systems - Error reporting, testing and changes.- Normal business travel agency tasks i.e., issuing and invoicing of tickets.Qualifications: - Speaks Finnish as a native language.- Word, Excel, Internet awareness - Accurate, reliable and firm - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
