ACN Inc.is a privately held customer acquisition company and the world's largest direct seller of telecommunication services.ACNs cornerstone products are fixed telephony and mobile services, and in 2009 ACN also launched our own Digital Phone Service (DPS) with Video Phones as a new global service.We are now looking for Finnish speaking Customer Care Agents (CCA) for our in-bound call center at ACNs Nordic home office in Åmål.Here your will find splendid nature as well as good connections to Göteborg and Karlstad!Your primary skills: To provide excellent customer service by phone, email, fax or by letter according ACNs policies and procedures.Analyze cases and provide advice and solutions for customer requests.Troubleshooting and problem solving of technical problems.Log timely and accurate data. Required Skills and experience: Fluent in the Finnish language, written and spoken.Good knowledge of English and Swedish, written and spoken.Previous experience in a customer service environment.Computer literate with good working knowledge of common MS Office applications and the use of Internet as a working tool.Knowledge in Multi Level Marketing is an advantage.Technical interest is a plus.
