ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks


* Processing kit booking orders, credits, and loan kit queries
* Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests
* Handling incoming emails and calls
* Proactively communicating with internal and external customers
* Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
* Logging and following up on issue resolution and related communication back to the customer
* Demonstrating knowledge in at least one or more complex areas/processes
* Taking ownership of specific areas of responsibility such as key accounts and complex orders (e.g., capital orders, lot consumption)
* Effectively prioritizing tasks within these areas
* Taking ownership of complex queries related to these areas


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Can communicate fluently in Finnish and English both verbally and in writing
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Has prior experience in handling complex customer service cases

It is meritorious if you have
- Prior experience from working in a similar role within the MedTech industry

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
