In Ljusdal, we offer support in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish.The Customer Support Team is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers of our clients.One of our clients is a leading information technology provider of personal computers and printers, and our goal is to provide the best possible support and service to their customers.Currently we are approx.250 employees in Ljusdal, and we are in a growth face.
Currently we are looking for Finnish speakers; both for technical support and also for non technical roles.

Requirements
For technical support roles, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:

.Knowledge in hardware and software solutions.
.Ability to troubleshoot technical problems over the telephone.

As well as the following, which are also required for the non technical roles:

.Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
.Professional manner and a sense of humour required.
.Ability to understand and utilize web-based tools.
.Highly organised and motivated with excellent time-management skills
An apartment with two rooms and kitchen in Gärdeåsen cost approx 3100 SEK per month.Electricity cost is around 100 - 150 SEK per month.There are different choices for Internet, and the basic connection costs from 195 SEK per month
The salary we offer is 15000 SEK per month before tax and with a possibility to earn 2000 SEK extra each month in provision.After tax from 15000 SEK, there will be left approx 11200 SEK.So you should have plenty left for entertainment and extras.

You will also receive relocation allowance upon your move.The amount is 12000 SEK before tax (approx 8000 SEK after tax).This money is refundable incase you do not stay for 1 year
