Finnish Speaking Customer Support

At Apsis we are constantly looking for applicants with strong ambition, who wants to work in a fast-paced environment where the employees take ownership of their area of work. To succeed in Customer Support at Apsis, you need to be service minded, efficient and solution-focused.

We are looking for someone who will create and develop positive relationships with our clients, by answering technical support queries by phone and email at our offices in Malmö. You will also conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. We work with state-of-the-art ticket system Freshdesk, an intuitive and powerful piece of software that we internally modify to our demands.

We are looking someone with:

• Good experience in extraordinary service to a wide and varied customer base
• Good knowledge of IT
• The ability to express yourself, both in writing and in speech, in Finnish, English and Swedish.

Ideally, you will also have given software support of some kind, and worked in customer service or similar. Experience of ticket handling systems is a merit, as is basic knowledge of HTML, email, and email-marketing functionalities.
