Work Description
To our international customer we are looking for a finnish speaking air and meeting planner. You'll be stationed in Malmö and the job assignments are as following:

- Bookings of travel for Finish Client (trains, air, taxis), ticketing and invoicing.
- Arrangements of catering services in Finland and abroad.
- Organisation of the meeting in Finland.
- Invoicing and reporting

You will be employed as a consultant for Manpower.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Fluent in Finnish, both verbal and writing.
- Meetings & Event Management skills with the complete ability to lead projects.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and overcome obstacles.
- Strong communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of principles and key drivers of customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to simultaneously manage a number of different events.
- Experience of working in the Air and Meeting environment and liaising with external suppliers.
- A very big plus is Amadeus knowledge
