Puhutko suomea?Technical Support As technical support at our sales office in Stockholm, you will handle the support to our Finnish service partners, working mainly by phone.You will work closely with our field technicians, who are out in our customers' homes, and you will supply them with advice, solutions, factory information and anything that will help them solve a problem. We are looking for a person with a solid technical interest and a technical education, at least on a high-school level.A suitable background will be either a similar job elsewhere or a position as field service technician.Having joined our team, we will expect you to learn all there is to know about our products and their service.Beside Finnish, you easily communicate in English and Swedish, and you are familiar with the Microsoft Office Package as well as with using the Internet and intranet.
