About the client and what we seek
iZettle provide payment solutions to small to medium sized companies in Scandinaviaand now we are looking for two more to their Finnish customer service. We look for you who takes service seriously, loves interacting with people through phone and email and wants to make someone else's day a little easier! As a person you are probably calm and mature, have a natural interest in helping others anda competitive mindset.

What you will do
Your every day assignments will include inbound phone calls and emails from companies that use iZettle's products. Your task is to help the customer to satisfaction by providing helpful solutions.
Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 17.00
Finnish language, fluent
English language, very good
Gymnasium/high school graduation
Experience from service/ telemarketing or similar is creditable
About the employment
Full time employment, we always apply aprobationary period of six months which later would result in a permanent employment.
