ACN Inc.ACN's cornerstone product is fixed telephony (local, national and international calling).In addition, ACN markets mobile services in selected markets and will in a short time launch Digital Phone Service (DPS) in several countries.Therefore we are now looking for Finnish speaking Customer Care Agents (CCA) with technical skills at ACNs office in Åmål, the capital of Dalsland.Åmål offers splendid nature as well as good connections to Göteborg and Karlstad. Position purpose The purpose of this position is to provide the customer and representative second line of technical support for the DPS products and services, based on ACN's policies and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer and representatives services.Customers and representatives may have request concerning technical assistance by phone, email, fax or mail.Digital Phone Service CCA's must be able to quickly get to the root of customers and representatives problems by gathering all the necessary information then analyzing, troubleshooting and ultimately resolving customer product concerns.Required Skills and experience Excellent knowledge of the Finnish language, written and spoken.Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.Technical knowledge in networking products and technologies, Ethernet, wireless, IP, routing, switching, VPN and TCP/IP addressing and configuration We also need you to be Service minded Have very good communication skills Be a good coordinator of your work Enjoy working with others and team work The positions are full time, permanent and start date as agreed.We offer you relocation package.
